Apply a very small amount to your hands, then apply to coat. Alternate adding shampoo and water until a lather just starts to appear. Allow the shampoo to work for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing completely using lukewarm water. Repeat only if necessary. If your preference is to dilute your shampoo, remember that this is a very concentrated product and ratios up to 1:20 are possible. Your dilution's effectiveness will vary according to coat-type, coat-soiling, and local water conditions.
